Often time issues or concerns arise through the interactions and the relationships we have with others. At OCC our focus is on the process, relationships and not what is precieved as "problem". It is our belief that we all have the inner strength and skills needed to obtain successful outcomes for the future. Staff members are genuine and skilled at working with diverse populations. We’re excited to share that Jasmine will be speaking at the Crowley ISD “Mind of Medals” Conference this Friday at the North Crowley Highschool Center at 11 AM.

Her message, “Own Your Worth Beyond Performance,” is a powerful reminder that identity, value, and self-worth are not defined by grades, trophies, titles, or achievements. In high-performing environments, it’s easy to tie confidence to outcomes—but true wellness begins when we understand that our worth exists beyond what we produce.

This session will challenge students and attendees to reflect, reset, and redefine success in a way that prioritizes mental health, self-awareness, and sustainable growth.

We’re proud to see Jasmine leading conversations that matter and creating space for young people to see themselves as more than their performance. 💛
