Cook Children's Health Foundation Cook Children's Health Foundation connects the generosity of our communities with children in need. This is where Cook Children’s Health Foundation comes in.

Like all nonprofit organizations, Cook Children's relies on philanthropic contributions to support its Promise to improve the health of every child in our region. Without the necessary funds, some of our newest programs, such as the Sit, Stay, Play canine therapy and Funnyatrics therapeutic medical clown program would not be possible. The primary objective of the foundation is to raise the funds necessary for Cook Children’s to care for our patients. We are fortunate to be located in a community where so many have a heart for philanthropy. The corporations, foundations and individuals here have long been invested in helping those in need. What is truly amazing is that the sense of social responsibility that inspired the formation of Cook Children’s Hospital and Fort Worth Children’s Hospital so many decades ago, has clearly been passed down from generation to generation. Thanks to you, our faithful donors, we can purchase new equipment, keep our technology on the cutting edge and grow the programs that are directly impacting the lives of our patients and families. ✨Fueled by imagination! A Cook Children's clinician imagines a new way to care for patients and writes a grant. Blue Peaks can help turn dreams into a reality at the annual Give Dinner because of members support.

✨Driven by kindness! Blue Peaks Giving Circle connects donors directly to Cook Children's in several ways. With an annual donation members connect however they are able: serving at family volunteer events, joining Grant Committee, attending social events or supporting from afar. Every act of kindness fulfills a need.

✨Rooted in generosity and collaboration! Together, all members thoughtfully invest and support dreams together! Every year brings new needs, new Blue Peaks members and a new voting cycle for what is funded. Blue Peaks helps turn possibility into progress at Cook Children's!

The Blast is a celebration for Kylie’s family this year- but it hasn’t always been.

After being diagnosed with leukemia in 2022, Kylie enrolled in a clinical trial to help researchers look for new avenues to a cure. Her journey was long and difficult but her family found community among the staff and patients at the Hematology and Oncology Center at Cook Children’s.

Kylie was inspired to make a difference. By joining The Blast, she raises money each year to support kids like her, fueling new research, more programs and better outcomes.

After three years of treatment, she rang the bell!

Round up your purchase at Ace Hardware to make a difference for kids like Kennedy!

At seven years old, Kennedy was diagnosed with Leukemia at Cook Children’s.

Her mom, Megan says, “My biggest support has been the doctors and nurses in the Hematology and Oncology department. They are not only here for Kennedy but for me as well. It makes it not so hard. When we walk into Infusion and every single nurse in there greets Kennedy by name and asks her about her animals at home, it gives me a sense of peace knowing they truly care.”
