Behind the Scenes: Meet Our Civitas Heroes 👋
Alda has been a sous chef for 11 years, making homemade desserts and salads that residents love. But she does more than cook. She leads "Cooking with Alda," monthly classes where residents explore global cuisines and learn new recipes together.
Currently, she's teaching dishes from the Philippines. Residents gather on the first and third Tuesday of each month to practice their culinary skills and connect over food. 🧑🍳

Senior Housing News wanted to know. They sat down with our leadership team to explore how Civitas is rewriting the recipe for senior living dining.
The results? Over 90 percent occupancy, the lowest staff turnover in our food and beverage teams, and residents who look forward to every meal. 🥗
