Connections that Impact our Lives is an overview presentation meant to highlight the differences and similarities of the types of connections we encounter in our daily lives and why. The specific types of connections covered in this presentation briefly are yourself, background characters, karmics, soulmates, twin flames, and sacred unions. Each has their own places and role in our lives to assist us along the journey of healing and transformation.

30 Minute Talk at the 1/18 Fair - “Animals in Spirit: Their Perspectives & Ideas for Humans & Their Daily Life” w/ Mary Helen Schmidt.

Join Mary Helen as she creates a circle and sacred space for those who would like a message from their animal companion. In this space she will ask the animal(s) for advice about ways that will help, support and navigate their person through this new year. The advice can be given on behalf of a current or passed animal with a focus on healing, growth and deepening the animal and human relationship.
