My passion is helping people build sustainable, healthy habits that support their body, mind, and everyday life. My approach combines science, movement, and practical wellness strategies that actually work in the real world. I studied Nursing and Kinesiology at Texas Christian University, which gave me a strong foundation in how the body works and how lifestyle choices impact long-term health. I’m
also a Reformer Pilates and Yoga instructor, and I love helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement. I’ve always been a bit of a nutrition and wellness fanatic — but not in a trendy, quick-fix way. I’m passionate about evidence-based approaches and understanding the why behind healthy habits. Everything I share is rooted in science, practical experience, and a genuine love for helping others feel their best.
