Director of Client Programs & Services (Part-Time)

We’re seeking a compassionate leader, bilingual in English/Spanish, to walk alongside women and families through their pregnancy journey.

This role includes:
• Meeting with and counseling all English & Spanish-speaking clients
• Creating and managing individualized education plans
• Ongoing client follow-up and resource coordination
• Client reporting and community partnership engagement

Requirements:
• Personal, professional, and spiritual maturity
• Fully fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Resume must include a pastor’s letter of recommendation

🕒 Up to 20 hours/week
📍 In-office Tues 9-3 & Thurs 12-6

Genesis 1:26-28
26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female, He created them.

28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Introducing solids doesn’t have to be stressful—it’s really just a gradual journey of taste and texture 🍎🥄

✨ Start with silky smooth purees so your baby can get familiar with flavors.
✨ Move on to soft mashed foods to add a little variety.
✨ Then, try tiny bite-sized pieces to help them learn to chew.
✨ Finally, offer finger foods and larger chunks to build independence.

There’s no one “right” timeline—what matters most is watching your baby’s readiness and keeping mealtimes joyful, safe, and full of love 💛
