Turkey patty recipe:
1lb turkey
1/2 onion grated
K**b of ginger grated
1 egg
1/4 cup-1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs or pork rinds just depends on how wet the mixture is. Start with 1/4 then add more as needed.
1/2 zucchini grated
1tbsp ground flaxseed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt and or powder
Parsley
Cooking in nearly smoking hot cast iron skillet. Use beef tallow, avocado oil, or ghee.
SMASH THE DOWN as much as you can.
Cook till desired crispiness. Top with whatever you enjoy :)
