Turkey patty recipe:
1lb turkey
1/2 onion grated
K**b of ginger grated
1 egg
1/4 cup-1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs or pork rinds just depends on how wet the mixture is. Start with 1/4 then add more as needed.
1/2 zucchini grated
1tbsp ground flaxseed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt and or powder
Parsley

Cooking in nearly smoking hot cast iron skillet. Use beef tallow, avocado oil, or ghee.
SMASH THE DOWN as much as you can.
Cook till desired crispiness. Top with whatever you enjoy :)

We spent years going to therapy multiple times a week and had zero progress to show for it. When our last therapy provider fired us as patients due to Crimson’s meltdowns and behaviors, it just hit me that there had to be a better way. I started focusing on diet and lifestyle changes and now he’s learning new things every day!

We can HELP our kids. Don’t let anyone tell you different. Just because it’s not “their way” doesn’t mean it’s the wrong way and there’s no harm in trying!
