A few fun facts about me : I delivered our daughter at 37 weeks in the hospital… and I delivered our 2 boys at home in a birthing pool with a doula & midwife. 🫶🏼 As our kids have gotten older, we’ve fallen in love with the mountains and the outdoors — every summer we pick a new place to explore, and hiking is always a must. 🏔️🤍

My passion to help women comes from the Lord’s calling on my life — guiding women to balance their bodies through Chinese medicine + functional medicine so they can get pregnant and stay pregnant.

For the last 20 years, I’ve had the honor of treating hundreds of women, helping them:
