Since then, Smoke Freaks have been on a mission to spread their love of BBQ and their passion for living life to the fullest with the world. Smoke Freaks are busy designing Freakishly great BBQ experiences for their customers and share BBQ expertise through cooking classes, private events and future competitions.

At Rib Camp, our students don't just learn about flavor -- they take it home in our Rib Camp goody bags.

It all starts with Heath Riles BBQ, the anchor to our flavor philosophy, and that wonderful Garlic Jalapeno Rub as the base layer we build from.

Plus a range of sauce options from Hoosier Daddy BBQ, SmokinGhost BBQ and Hot Diggity Hog BBQ to explore long after camp ends.

The Rib Cook Off Association World Championships were a blast!

What a great time cooking meat in a parking lot! The Friday night potluck was a real treat and it was great to see everyone come together as .

As our buddy Jay Kleiber said, the entire trip was good for the soul.
