There is a super fun retail space, an amazing yoga private room featuring a yoga wall and a proper studio space. The Sanctuary Yoga Room is a haven of healing, warmth and joy. We offer a variety of classes taught from a space of kindness, honesty and integrity. Our classes range from flow to slow, from slow to restorative and from full of vitality to full of ease. Yogis will leave feeling centered, grounded, strengthened, lengthened and able to enjoy a free breath. Our teachers are well trained and experienced. And we love this new space!
