My 12-week summer program is designed to help you find balance in your routine, improve both your muscle mass and cardiovascular endurance all while not forgetting about the importance of recovery and mobility! I designed this program with a busy schedule in mind, on average you will have 30 minute workouts, 3-4x/week because I want you to learn how to keep your fitness a priority without it feeling overwhelming.

• Structure w/o restriction - Mobity + rest days included
