Meet our Office Supervisor 🖤✨
Toni is the heart and soul of Freedom Medical Center, keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring every patient and client feels genuinely cared for. With exceptional organizational skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and an instinct for problem-solving, Toni is always one step ahead—whether managing schedules, answering questions, or navigating unexpected challenges with calm confidence. She even manages to keep the CEO in line, a feat she accomplishes with equal parts grace and good humor.
Prior to joining Freedom Medical Center, Toni retired after an impressive 36-year career with AT&T, where she built a strong foundation in leadership, professionalism, and people-centered service. She is a summa cm laude graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which further strengthens her expertise in operations, organization, and leadership. As a committed Christian, Toni views her work as a calling and strives to serve others with compassion, integrity, and excellence—values that guide both her professional and personal life. In this new chapter, she has found deep fulfillment in supporting others on their journey toward healthier, more balanced lives through the wellness space.
Outside the office, Toni enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband love making memories with their three grown children and their grandson, who keeps her young at heart. A devoted dog lover and passionate baseball fan, Toni is known for her upbeat energy, dedication, and contagious positivity—qualities that make her an invaluable and irreplaceable part of the Freedom Medical Center family.
