Anyone else feeling this crazy back and forth weather in their neck and shoulders?

When temperatures swing like this, I start seeing a lot more tight muscles, headaches, and sinus pressure with clients.

A simple trick that can sometimes help with tension headaches is soaking your feet in warm water while placing a cold pack on the back of your neck for a few minutes. The warm water helps draw circulation down while the cold pack can calm tension in the neck and head.

Just a little wellness tip from the spa today. Take good care of yourselves.
