Tuesday: 7:30-8:15PM Gentle Stretch

Wednesday: 6:30-7:10PM Sculpt & Flow

Thursday: 6:30-7:30PM Yin Yoga with Lauren

Friday: No Class

Saturday: 8:30-9:30AM Jnana Yoga

Sunday: 7PM Book Club with Ann Marie - You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter by Dr. Joe Dispenza

**Book Club starts tomorrow, November 13th.

Class Descriptions ❄️

Sunrise Vinyasa: 40 minute class to get your body and mind right for the week ahead. Vinyasa-style classes are faster paced and incorporate creative movements for all levels.

Gentle Stretch: Slow and gentle practice with mostly seated poses. Props are recommended, but not necessary.

Sculpt & Flow: 40 minute class: 20 minutes sculpting, 20 minutes flowing. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga: A meditative class that stretches the muscle fascia (casing around the muscles) and balances the body's meridians (energy channels). Gentle poses are held for approximately 5 minutes.

Jnana Yoga: Jnana translates to knowledge of thyself. This is a 60 minute class that includes vinyasa-style flows, breathwork, and meditation to discover the different layers of who you are.

I am a nutrition counselor and holistic health educator and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge with you to allow you to find the best version of yourself. Your whole self. All therapies used are non-invasive and take into consideration the whole body, not just your symptoms.
