Fun fact: Dehydrated tissues don't hold adjustments well. Drinking water is great, but your body needs minerals to actually get that water into your cells. Think of electrolytes as the delivery trucks. Without them, the water just passes through. So not only should you be drinking purified RO water, but you need to add a pinch of pink sea salt for mineralization. Getting electrolytes in your water is important and doesn't need to be expensive. You can also try coconut water to get mineralized hydration. Kids in sports need this (along with spinal adjustments) to prevent injuries. Try it yourself and see if you feel better and hold your adjustments longer! Have a fun and safe weekend!
