✂️📸 A wonderful day of creativity at Good Shepherd Home!
On Saturday, we welcomed a talented group of scrapbookers for our annual Scrapper’s Crop, where creativity and community came together for a special purpose. Throughout the day, participants worked on beautiful scrapbook layouts capturing memories from our residents’ activities and outings over the past year.
These pages will become part of our Good Shepherd Home scrapbook, helping preserve the moments, friendships, and experiences that make life here so special.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their creativity, and helped document these memories. We are also grateful to Norma Robbins for organizing the event and to all who helped make the day such a success!

Pancakes and community spirit! 🥞
Yesterday, several members of the Good Shepherd Home family spent their day volunteering at the Kiwanis Pancake Day. Our Operations Manager, Beau Walters, serves as the current Kiwanis President, and it was great to see him and others helping make the event a success.
We’re always proud to see our staff giving their time and talents to support the Fostoria community.
See you at the next Kiwanis Pancake Day!

⭐ March is Social Worker Appreciation Month ⭐ and we are proud to recognize the compassionate professionals who play such a vital role in the Good Shepherd Home community. Our three licensed social workers — Tina Pine, Wendy Foss, and Cameron Corbin — provide invaluable psychosocial support to residents and their families, offering guidance, advocacy, and a steady source of comfort during life’s transitions.
From assisting with care planning and emotional support, to helping families navigate complex decisions, our social workers are dedicated to promoting dignity, well-being, and quality of life. Good Shepherd Home is also honored to regularly host student interns, helping to shape the next generation of social work professionals.
Please join us in thanking Tina, Wendy, and Cameron for the empathy, expertise, and heart they bring to our residents every day. Their work truly makes a difference.
