Many may be aware that Johanna and I recently transitioned out of my private medical practice after 20 years and moved full- time into our ministry calling under a tax exempt 501C3 “Prophet’s Reward, Inc.” based out of Prayer Mountain, NC, Moravian Falls, NC.

Our corporation will have a dual role of working towards needed healthcare reform at its foundation of primary care, the rescue and restoration of the Family Physician in the US, and the reconciliation of Christian ministers who been hurt, disappointed and betrayed while trying to follow their Christ assignments turning people’s hearts back to Christ and His ministry. We define ministers as not only those in full time ministry, but the ministry of the believer.
I, Dr.Bailey, am still a licensed and board certified physician, only retired from full-time medical practice to create time to be a voice for change in medicine by writing and speaking and be an agent of reconciliation of God’s children back to their Heavenly Father in the fullness in their Lord and savior Christ Jesus,and baptized and fully empowered in the precious Holy Spirit.
It is important for me to stay credentialed as a Family Physician for future teaching and providing missions medicine in the US and abroad as I have done in the past.

Kudos to Dr. Bailey for this excellent work! Dr. Bailey gives an outstanding and informative presentation of the harsh realities of trying to provide excellent and comprehensive primary care medicine in the United States under the current system of weak and often missing central coordination by your family physician. Patients may be shocked as their eyes open to the reality of the multifaceted problems of delivering today's medical care.
Dr. Bailey's solution is offered as The Membership Primary Care Model. As the author illustrated from personal experience of over 45 years working in the medical field, American citizens are quick to pay extra for all sorts of life's amenities including gym memberships, life coaches, spa treatments, daily gourmet coffee, but often overlook the most important of them all and that is employing a personal physician to focus on prevention, early detection of disease and wellness and most importantly to provide navigation and coordination for the patient through the maze of fragmented, dysfunctional, complex, and expensive specialty and hospital medicine.
