Hello from Hawaii. Krista Kurvers and I traveled here to Hawaii for the pet cpr Instructor class and also to teach the Hawaiian Humane Society staff other pet safety and handling classes. We also had 17 new Pet First responders in our PetSaver class. Such a great trip.

Yesterday's pet CPR class at the Hawaiian Humane Society was a success, with 17 individuals becoming certified pet first responders.

Active shooter/Stop the bleed class yesterday at the Hawaiian Humane Society for their staff. They learned how to put on a tourniquet and compression bandage.

As groomers, we focus every day on keeping pets safe, calm, and comfortable. But how often do we stop to think about our own personal safety?
Whether you work in a salon environment or as a mobile groomer, you may find yourself: • Working alone
