🎉 Employee of the Month – December 🎉

Everyone, please help us celebrate Shan, our December Employee of the Month!

We could go on and on about how amazing Shan is, but we’ll keep it short and sweet. We’ve had the pleasure of having Shan on our team for over a year, and we truly wouldn’t have it any other way. She brings her A-game every single day—from keeping her med cart in top-tier order to consistently going above and beyond in the care she provides to our residents.

Shan’s kindness and warm smile bring joy throughout the building. Thank you, Shan, for all that you do and for the compassion you show our residents every day. We are so grateful to have you on our team! 💚❤️👏

There’s a Grinch on the loose—oh dear, oh dear!
He’s snuck through the halls stealing Christmas cheer!
He’s hiding in places both high and low,
And some of our staff may have helped him—oh no!

He’s stuffed himself slyly in corners and nooks,
Behind decorations and even in books.
He wiggles and giggles with sneaky green joy,
Trying to bring mischief to each girl and boy.

But we have a mission—together we stand,
To chase down this Grinch across all of the land!
Search every hallway, each office and chair,
A Grinch may be hiding just anywhere!

Find every rascal in red or in green,
And help bring back joy to this festive scene!
For once the last Grinch has been caught fair and square…

🎄 The Managers’ Merry Mystery Party 🎄

In the glow of Christmas sparkle, on a festive winter night,
The managers gathered ‘round with hearts both warm and bright.
But this year held a secret, planned with care and cheer—
A merry little mystery as the holiday drew near.

Our Executive Director, smiling with a twinkle in her eye,
Had crafted something special no one could deny.
Envelopes with clues inside, each sealed with festive flair,
Sent us searching high and low, excitement everywhere!

From one hint to another, we hurried place to place,
Laughing at the riddles as we tried to match the pace.
A scavenger hunt of Christmas joy, surprises at each turn,
With memories made together and so much more to learn.

Each clue brought us closer to where the night would end,
With teamwork, fun, and holiday cheer shared among good friends.
She planned it all so thoughtfully—from start until the end—
A perfect Christmas party, one we’d surely recommend.

So here’s to joy and kindness, to teamwork shining bright,
To a leader who spreads magic and makes the season light.
A day of clues and laughter, a party made just right—
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a joyful night! 🎁✨

❄️ Do you wanna build a snowman? ❄️
Nothing beats a fun craft day! Our residents had a wonderful time creating their own snowmen, and they all turned out absolutely adorable. We also kicked off our DIY snowflakes project—stay tuned to see what we do with them next! ✨

A huge thank you to all our residents and their families for joining us today and making our Thanksgiving lunch truly special. Your presence, smiles, and shared moments filled our community with so much warmth and gratitude.

We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff and to Stewart with Crescent Hospice for lending a helping hand and making this event run so smoothly. Your support, hard work, and care mean the world to us and to our residents.
