This year, with everything that has happened, mental health should be a priority for all of us...including those that represent us and have the power to engage in widespread assistance.

It can help you understand what you might be going through, what someone you love goes through and why some people run out of spoons or keep one in their back pocket.

So I have Philips Hue light bulbs in my office because I hate overhead fluorescent lights. Today, my client asked if we could have a single light turned on above them. The result is pictured.

What do you think? Would you go to therapy if your therapists office changed the color of the lights? Or had mood lighting?
