Shannon and I have completed the necessary training for hormone pellet insertion, enabling us to offer a specialized bio-identical hormone replacement program catering to the unique needs of both men and women. This program includes a thorough consultation and lab testing. Women can expect the pellets to last approximately four months, while men can expect up to six months. The monthly charge for our program is $100.

A huge shout out to the Vanguard High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and NHS members who so graciously ran a toiletry and socks donation drive at their school during the holidays! They collected socks, hats, toiletries and other items to build a pretty hefty hygiene kit for our unhoused community. They partnered with us for this drive and together we were able to hand out lunches and supplies to our friends during outreach walks! We applaud their efforts and compassion♥️👏
