Sometimes I get so overwhelmed with the suffering of the world, I dive head first into helplessness. And my community always reminds me that helplessness is not true or real. It’s a choice. And I’m empowered to choose differently. 💕

💕I am so blown away by the generosity of our community in the few days we’ve had our food drive happening!

💕 I love the community support and camaraderie with other small Fountain businesses.

💕I am so grateful for those giving a lot and those giving a little.

💕And I love seeing others motivated and inspired by the smallest acts of love and giving to do the same.

💕There is magic and healing in community. And I’m awfully grateful for mine.

Yoga Home Food Drive!
Let’s feed our communities! 😊🙏

Through the month of November, Yoga Home will be collecting much needed food to help fill food pantries in the Fountain and Security/Widefield areas. Our goal is to raise a collective $1000 in food donations to help feed those in need through the government shut down.

So happy to have celebrated Chelsea and her last class with us (for now). 💕 So grateful to her for all of her help with Yoga Home and how she shows up for our students! Her teaching will be missed but we know we will see her in class!🙏😊🙏
