Independent Contractor / Clinic Owner Opportunity – co-located in Fountain Chiropractic & Wellness Center office
Fountain Wellness Center is offering a unique opportunity for an MD or independently practicing APRN to establish and grow their own primary care clinic within a fully supported environment. This role is ideal for a motivated provider looking to build and manage their own patient panel while benefiting from established infrastructure and business support.

What We’re Looking For:
- MD or APRN with independent practice authority

- Professionalism, autonomy, and a desire to build a long-term practice
The facility also offers on-site access to provide various alternative medicine approaches, such as: Chiropractic, Massage, Red Light, Ozone, Lymphatic Drainage, and TENS, as well as relationships with a local diagnostic center and compound pharmacy.
