Patient success stories are our favorite!
Mr. John has recently experienced a life-threatening illness and had to be hospitalized. Upon his return, Mr. John received extensive skilled rehab consisting of physical and occupational therapy provided by Cornerstone Rehab.
After participating in skilled therapies, Mr. John has recovered and is ready to get back to his daily life and activities.
Mr. John reports that the nurses at the facility recognized his life-threatening illness and started addressing his needs immediately, helping him get the medical attention he needed. He also attributes his well-being to the activities department.
"If it wasn't for two people, Diane and Sue from activities, I wouldn't have gotten out of bed. Also, therapy has done a lot to help me. The physical therapist, Pierce, got me a new rollator. Physical and occupational therapy helped me get back to where I am today. The whole staff has helped me and my mom. I told everyone at St. Elizabeth's Hospital that Concord of Hartford is great, and I recommend this place to everyone."
