…is still mostly carbs and sugar.
Your body isn’t stupid.

It’s not performance food.
Real protein looks like:
🥩 Steak
🥓 Bacon
🍳 Eggs
🍗 Chicken
Not dessert in disguise.
You don’t need more “protein flavored sugar.”
You need real food.
Eat like someone who respects their hormones.
Eat like someone who wants stable energy.
Eat like someone who’s building something.
