We have 2 Hourly positions and 2 Live In positions available now! We are looking to fill by March 23rd!

The Foundation of ela Home Care, starts with it’s Founder.

Patricia Livesay-Smith has been caring for Seniors since 1984 where her passion for Senior Care cultivated at an early age. While working in the long-term care and home-care industries and witnessing the lack of quality care and compassion available to seniors, she began her mission in Senior Care. Patricia found once she got to know each client as an individual and learning about their achievements and experiences- only then could she truly serve them and meet their needs.

In this endeavor, Patricia integrated her philosophy as the standard for ela and has surrounded herself with team members to help build and sustain this foundation.

Our mission is simple: ela will provide the highest quality of Senior Care in the industry, using our specially selected and trained caregivers. We will strive to maintain the highest level of service, compassion, and kindness to every client. We promise to listen and communicate, and to treat each client with the top-quality care we would expect for our own family members.
