At my office, I treat a lot of women for urinary incontinence and feel it is an important topic in Women's Health to address. Its symptoms can take a big toll on a patient's life, but there are many different, effective treatment options available. These include lifestyle changes (diet and exercise), behavioral therapy (bladder training, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, etc.) medication, neurological stimulation therapy (electrical and magnetic), and lastly, surgery (midurethral sling, bladder neck sling, etc.). I cannot stress enough how important it is to let your doctor know if you are suffering from Urinary Incontinence (urge, stress, or mixed incontinence, and/or overactive bladder). It's never too late to get your life back on track!

An increasing number of women are seeking medical attention concerning enlarged l***a refered to as L***a Minora Hypertrophy. The Symptoms can be either functional or psychological (eg. irritation, chronic infection, poor hygiene, pain or interference with sexual activity and sports, and concern of the appearance of the l***a). A newer, less invasive surgical technique I have developed for Labioplasty is now being used to achieve excellent cosmetic results with very minimal scarring. This simple surgical procedure has resulted in high patient satisfaction. If you would like a private consultation, feel free to contact my office.

Just came across this article and video about the development of a single-dose HIV vaccine. "In the past, one of the main reasons why HIV vaccines never worked is because the virus is constantly changing - but this most recent vaccine allows cells to change with it." This could be the next medical breakthrough!
