Shimmy + Spice on Saturday, January 24th

10:00am - Join Lori and Ann for this fun, full body workout that blends traditional belly dance moves like shimmies and hip isolations. First 30 minutes you can expect a warm-up followed by a breakdown of the belly dance moves. The second half of the class we will take those moves and incorporate them into easy to follow choreography set to diverse music.  Suitable for All levels 

We have a limited number of dance scarfs available, so if you have one, you can bring your own! And no need to sign-up, just show up!

This class will only happen once and will replace the normal 10am Zumba class for just this week.

Thank you MEMBERS!! You helped us collect 57 awesome toys for kids in need. That’s 57 kids that will have a gift to open on Christmas morning, 57 memories, and 57 smiles that our community helped to put on their faces. We are so proud to sponsor this drive and we can’t wait to do more!
