Ran the Cambridge 5K + Half Marathon today in Boston and my heart is full! πŸβ˜€οΈ
Perfect fall weather, golden leaves, the Charles River sparkling, and iconic Boston views every step of the way.

The fun twist? It landed on my fasting day β€” yet I felt strong, light, and energized throughout. πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Movement + mindful nourishment = powerful synergy 🌿✨
Grateful for this body, this city, and this beautiful journey.

One of my favorite annual traditions β€” the Boston Vegetarian Food Festival
I’ve been going for years, and it’s always full of new plant-based inspiration, local vendors, and great conversations.
Had a great time last weekend.

Feed Your Skin: Antioxidant-Rich Homemade Face Pack. Whatever you put on your face should be something you can eat too.
Here’s my homemade face pack β€” rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats β€” made entirely from real, edible ingredients!

This nourishing face pack is made with:
✨ Pecans – packed with vitamin E, zinc, and good fats that help protect and hydrate the skin.
πŸ’œ Blueberries – loaded with antioxidants that fight free radicals and support collagen.
πŸ‹ Lemon juice – brightens, gently exfoliates, and helps even out skin tone.
🌼 Dehydrated lemon zest powder – provides natural vitamin C and a gentle micro-polish effect.

I also like to add a spoon of plain yogurt or raw honey for smooth texture and extra hydration.
Mash everything into a fine paste, apply for 15–20 minutes, and rinse off with lukewarm water.
