Countryside Nursing Home is a small, family owned nursing home located in a residential neighborhood near Framingham Centre. We provide the following services:

Long Term Care
Short Term Rehabilitation
Respite Care
Hospice Care

At Countryside, each resident receives exceptional nursing care in a homelike environment, surrounded by a staff that knows them personally and truly cares for them. Our sitting room is cozy and welcoming, complete with a fireplace. The traditional dining room fosters friendships and the front porch overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds. At Countryside, your loved one will feel safe, comfortable and loved.

From May 13th-19th we'll be honoring National Skilled Nursing Care Week and this year's theme, "Celebrating Life's Stories." Throughout the week we'll pay special recognition to the unique backgrounds and experiences of our residents, staff, and families - all of whom play an active role in making our Countryside community the best it can be!

Our February calendar is packed with activities to get us through these last few cold months! We’re all bummed to cancel tomorrow’s Family social (boo flu!) but health always comes first. Not to worry though, this weekend we’ll have Games & Crafts with Karen for those feeling up to it 🙂

New Year, new activities calendar! We're kicking off January with a jam-packed schedule, just the way we like it. While it's definitely an indoor month, we'll be making the most of it with plenty of games, special guests, and dancing. 2018 here we come!

Ho Ho Ho the Holidays are here! Our December activities calendar is filled with cheer. We’ll be venturing out to see the pretty Christmas lights, welcoming carolers, and since we’ve all been nice this year maybe a visit from Santa too🎅🏽 A busy month ahead of us, we can’t wait!
