The ADDP Annual Legislative Budget Forum is an opportunity for legislators to connect with constituent community-based service providers and staff, including direct support professionals. This engagement allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the needs and concerns within the developmental disability community, enabling legislators to make informed decisions about budget allocations and policy improvements.

By fostering collaboration and dialogue among these stakeholders, the Forum aims to contribute solutions to sustaining the care infrastructure in Massachusetts, ultimately benefiting individuals with disabilities and their families.

ADDP is still finalizing the content/agenda for the event. We will update with further details very soon.

Note: ASL interpreting services for the deaf and hard of hearing will be available for this event, as well as close captioning. For those needing additional accommodations, please contact Jenn Reale at jennreale@addp.org

📢The Healey-Driscoll Administration is awarding nearly $6.8M to programs that reduce recidivism and make Massachusetts communities safer.

By investing in evidence-based programs, we’re supporting substance use treatment and coordinated services as well as guidance to help young adults successfully reintegrate into their communities through strong partnerships between nonprofits, Sheriff’s Departments, and the Department of Correction.

Together, these efforts promote public safety, stability, and stronger communities across the state.
