Sometimes the answer isn’t out there—it’s deep inside you. Join us for a workshop designed to ground you deeply in your body so you can connect with your intuition.

We’ll begin with a grounding, alignment-based flow to settle in, followed by a blindfolded psychedelic breathwork journey set to music.

This is a safe, drug-free way to access expanded states of awareness. Using ancient breathing techniques, we’ll clear the mental clutter, regulate our mood, and tap into that quiet voice that knows the way.

🧘‍♀️ Set an intention. Drop inward. Find your clarity.

Sometimes, the weight of the world can feel so overwhelming that the only way through is to move—to take a breath, to step into action, to speak from a place of deep presence.

In the spirit of the Bhagavad Gita, we’re reminded that yoga is not just what we do on the mat; it’s how we show up in the world. Arjuna’s moment of overwhelm called him not to retreat, but to engage—to act with compassion, clarity, and courage. Speaking up for others, standing with immigrants, and fostering inclusion are forms of yoga in action. They are expressions of seva (selfless service) and ahimsa (non-harm), rooted in the recognition that we are all connected.

In these times, may we remember to ground ourselves—to return to our mats, to our breath, and to the present moment. Let your practice be a source of strength, a space to rest when needed, and a wellspring of resilience. Rest deeply when you must, but keep fighting from a place of love and steadiness.

Together, let’s move from overwhelm to purposeful action, carrying the light of yoga into every word we speak and every step we take. YogaInAction SpiritualAct

Our Story

Walk into either of our two non-heated studio spaces, and expect to find classes filled with people of all ages, athletic abilities and backgrounds. We believe yoga is for EVERY body and with that philosophy, our studio has become an accessible and inviting space with a rich and diverse community of students who come together to share in the self-care practice of yoga.

The studio offers a variety of classes from Vinyasa based Flow, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and several Aerial Yoga options. While there are many styles and lineages of yoga that exist, our instructors are encouraged to offer their own take on this ancient practice.

Yoga is not “one size fits all”; we believe students need to move in a way that suits their needs and abilities best and understand yoga as system of movement that is constantly evolving as we learn more about the human body, movement & function. If you are accustomed to practicing rigid styles of yoga, here we ask you leave the dogma at the door.
