If I’m being honest, lately I’ve been feeling the weight of the world. Being a business owner is so lonely, exhausting, overwhelming, and full of doubt. And owning that business in an overly competitive and cutthroat industry can feel impossible. Most days it feels like you’re giving everything you have, still questioning if it’s enough, and wondering why the heck you’re doing it in the first place! Imposter Syndrome is REAL and it can be debilitating.

That’s exactly why I formed this small group of women and named us “The Collaborative Circle.” These beautiful, like-minded, down-to-earth Nurse Practitoners who are also all med spa owners that I’ve met through my years at various trainings. I gathered us all together because it was way for me to find friends & support because doing this alone is freaking terrifying. But these girls get it…they understand the highs, the heartbreaks, and the hustle that comes with what we do. 🫶🏽

These women have become not just colleagues but true friends. Meeting Dr. Obagi together was incredible, but what really mattered most was the laughter, the connection, and the reminder that I’m not alone in this journey. 🥹❤️

This was exactly what my soul needed. A reminder of who I am, my strength, and the beauty of surrounding yourself with people who get it. Thank you girls for EVERYTHING!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve had the privilege & honor of meeting Dr. Zein Obagi and it still feels like I’m meeting a celebrity! (Because in my world, he is!!) He’s not only insanely brilliant, but he’s also hilariously cute! 🥰

It is no secret that I will die bathed & slathered in ZO Skincare with a blue heart printed on my headstone because I am obsessed with ZO!! Yet, every time I hear more about the science behind each product and the research that goes into their protocols…my nerdy little skincare heart grows a bit more!

I have LOTS of new & exciting info I’ll be sharing ANDDDDDD another new product that was gifted to us here to try before it comes to market!!😍

Very rarely in my life have I ever felt truly relevant, but today was something I’ll never forget. Sitting one-on-one with federal congressmen, sharing MY story of Obsidian, felt surreal & humbling. I couldn’t take photos inside, but the conversations had reminded me just how important it is to keep showing up, even when the road feels uncertain.

The truth is, these are incredibly difficult & volatile times for small businesses. We pour everything we have—our hearts, our finances, our energy—into something we believe in, often without knowing if the world will meet us halfway. To feel seen & heard, even for a brief moment, meant more than I can express.

Today gave me hope. Hope that small voices still make ripples. Hope that Obsidian’s story, and the thousands like it, can help shape a better future for all of us who dare to build something from nothing. 🇺🇸

Hello sweet & beautiful friends,

I’m doing quite a bit of work travel over of the next couple weeks and then have some doctors appts & procedures mixed in between. 🥴 So appointments with me are very limited until mid-November, but my amazing team is holding down the fort and filling in wherever possible!! (Thank you girls!!🫶🏽) I am hoping to be back soon in full force for the holiday season with bells ringing & Christmas music blaring!! 🎄

So PLEASE NOTE the upcoming changes to our normal hours to accommodate all of the above!
