I am delighted to bring this lovely healing space into year two with a fresh start! Featuring a few improvements including a brand new (super comfy) treatment table, I am still here to bring you a modernized holistic approach to your healthcare.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, overworked, overstressed, and overtired, I can help. Acupuncture and other holistic remedies have been helping people to improve their mental and physical health for thousands of years, and continue to prove effective today.

After chatting with you about your current health goals and concerns, I offer a variety of treatment modalities during a session including acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, ear seeding, diet/lifestyle recommendations, as well as customized herbal medicine. I also offer herb-only visits.

My goal as a practitioner is to provide a modernized and holistic approach to healthcare using traditional methods, while inspiring patients to be educated about their bodies and proactive about their health.
