Join us for the Tri County R.O.S.C. (Recovery Oriented Systems of Care) Monthly Council Meeting featuring special guest presenter Brian V. Leonard Sr., MAPS.

Brian holds a Master’s in Pastoral Studies from the University of St. Mary of the Lake, Mundelein, and serves as a Lay Ecclesial Minister in the Archdiocese of Chicago. He brings valuable insight and experience to this important discussion on recovery-oriented systems of care.

Teams of up to 4 players

Play up to 9 holes of putt-putt golf at participating bars

Bus transportation provided bar-to-bar

This evidence-based program helps older adults reduce the fear of falling and build strength, confidence, and independence.
