✨ New Year, New Opportunities for Growth ✨

As we welcome 2026, let’s pause and reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re headed. 🎉 The new year is like turning a fresh page in our story—a chance to lean into courage, connection, and self-compassion.

This year, let’s choose to show up for ourselves and the people we care about. Prioritize your mental health. Nurture those meaningful connections. And remember, it’s the small, consistent steps that lead to the biggest transformations. 🌱

What’s one way you’re committing to care for yourself in 2026? Share below! We’re here to cheer you on and walk alongside you. 💛

If you’re like many people you feel drawn to the excitement of a new year.

👏 New opportunities.

👏 A Clean slate.

👏 Fresh dreams.

👏 Infinite growth.

👏 Revitalized energy.

But resolutions often fail because the plan doesn’t connect with the deepest parts of us.

If you are ready to nurture the kind of life you only dreamed of living?

Start with one of the blogs in our journal and dig into how a plan centered on relationships, purpose, and legacy will help you design this kind of life.

Take it one day at a time.

This forces us to be intentional and think about the “now” and not the long-term, which can be overwhelming. This approach can help us achieve our desired goals. New Year’s resolutions are a tool for personal growth, but the most important thing to remember is to prioritize your mental health throughout the process. If a particular resolution is causing significant stress or negatively impacting your well-being, feel free to reevaluate and adjust your goals as needed. Taking care of your mental health is key to overall health.

If you are looking for guidance in this new year, schedule an appointment today.

Pick one or all of these frameworks to review your year.

Start small—maybe you’ll focus on the Gap and the Gain or try the K.I.S.S. method to pinpoint what needs to shift. Or, go all-in and use all five frameworks to gain a more comprehensive view.

Whatever approach you choose, give yourself the gift of reflection.

Celebrate how far you’ve come, learn from what didn’t work, and set your sights on the year ahead.

Here’s to a year of growth, clarity, and purpose!

Depression during the holiday season is a very real thing. Though the holidays are thought of as a time of sharing, family, and celebration, for many individuals, the holidays can be emotionally exhausting.

Coping with mental health issues can be difficult enough in its own right, but keeping it all to yourself will only make it more difficult.

How can I support my grieving loved ones during the holidays?

Acknowledge Their Grief : Send a handwritten note or card expressing your condolences and acknowledging the difficulty of the holiday season without their loved one.

Respect Their Boundaries : Respect their decision if they choose to spend the holidays differently than in previous years.

Offer Practical Support : Help with meal preparation, pet sitting, decorating, or other tasks that may be overwhelming.

Create a Sense of Continuity : Continue with old traditions that included their loved one, as a way to honor their memory.

Be Present and Listen : Allow them to express their emotions and listen without judgment.

Remember and Honor : Encourage them to share stories and memories of their loved one.

Be Patient and Understanding : Recognize that grief is a unique and individual experience.

By following these tips, you can provide comfort and support to your grieving loved one during the holiday season, helping them navigate this difficult time with dignity and respect.

If this season brings challenges, we extend our hearts. Loss in any of its forms is painful and this holiday season you may feel that pain more severely.
