Massage Therapy isn’t a one time fix all, it is a therapy that should be added to your self-care regimen monthly. Getting a monthly massage helps keep the muscles loose so new blood, fluid, oxygen and nutrients can be delivered to the muscles which will remove toxins that will eventually cause pain, trapped nerves and limit mobility. Massage is slowly moving into the medical field. Some doctors are recommending a massage to help with pain management, chemotherapy patients, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, and the list goes on.
For the clients and new clients, I have gotten my hands on a new CBD oil that has menthol in it. This helps with deep muscle pain and will give you a faster result than the leading brand. I have tried it on a few current clients and they are amazed at the results.
