If mornings = stiff, achy, and slow to stand up straight… this one’s for you.

Here are 3 simple movements you can run through to get things moving and start your day feeling better:

1. Press-Up: Hands at just above shoulder height, press through your palms and fully extend your elbows. Go all the way up to the top, then take a big exhale and let your back relax there.

2. Seated Thoracic Extension: Sit in a sturdy chair and extend your mid‑back as far back as the chair allows. Move through the joint above the low back to create relief where you may need it most.

3. Nerve Slider: Think gentle motion, not a big stretch. This helps get the nervous system moving and can take general tension out of the low back.

Simple. Intentional. Effective.

Ever wake up and your neck just doesn’t want to cooperate? You’re not alone.

We put together 3 simple movements you can do right from a chair to loosen things up and start your day feeling better:

1. Cervical Retraction w/ Overpressure – In a stiff chair, eyes parallel to the ground. Use your hands to gently guide yourself as far back as your body allows.

2. Seated Thoracic Extension – Open up the upper back to take pressure off the irritated area. Move through the joint below the neck to create relief where you need it most.

3. Seated Posture Overcorrect – Go from relaxed -> upright. Move through mid ranges in a controlled, pain‑free way to kickstart the recovery process.

Simple. Intentional. Effective.
