Quick low back check you can do at home 👇

Try this right now:
• Bend forward
• Lean backward
• Shift side to side

What should it feel like?
Smooth. Even. No sharp spots. No major tightness.

Think of your back like a seesaw… it should move the same in both directions.

🚩 If one way feels stiff, pinchy, or way tighter than the other… that’s not “normal”
🚩 Even if it doesn’t hurt yet
