Our 2025 Strength Recap is here!
We were able to track progress across every workout completed this year, and what we saw was that consistency paired with smart training works ✅
Over the year, our average member more than DOUBLED what their workout workload (volume). Members did not just lift heavier, they moved better, faster, and with more control, which is key for staying confident and injury free as we age 🚀
One of the clearest wins this year showed up in our strength data. On average, bench press strength increased by 61% while power increased by 64%, meaning members did not just lift more weight but moved it with more speed and control. At the same time, neutral grip deadlift strength increased by nearly 36% and power jumped by 56%, showing full body strength that translates directly to better movement, confidence, and real life resilience 🤯
Results like this are super rare at this stage of life and even harder to sustain in today’s fitness culture. Built through steady training, not extremes, and that is exactly how strength should feel 💪🏼
Huge thank you to the team for providing the measurable data that allowed us to track and validate these results 🤝🏼
