Proudly serving Frankfort and the surrounding areas since 1999, we’re a women-only health and fitness center offering a safe, unintimidating space for all. We welcome women of all ages and at all fitness levels. As a member, you’ll have access to our state-of-the-art weights and cardio equipment, group classes, personal training, and on-site massage therapy. Most of all, you’ll become part of a community that focuses on encouragement and inclusivity. This is where we care about our health, our overall well-being, and each other!
