Big day for JointPro! Josh is being inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at his Alma Mater, Carl Sandburg HS. After 30 years he is still the top goalscorer! They also won the school’s first soccer state championship. He was famous for “ heading” the ball in, which is what won the state championship!

Our favorite Marine and NL clinic manager Keegan participated in the Warrior Walk today. The warrior walk is a ruck march event to raise awareness and funds for veterans’ mental health care and su***de prevention. He trained for many months to prepare for this event and despite a rainy start he finished it with great time! We are so proud of him and grateful for Keegan and all our veterans for their sacrifice and service.

Start a donation box and fill it with things you no longer use. These could be clothes, books, or kitchen items. If they don't fit your lifestyle or bring you value, let them go.

Set the box somewhere visible so you can add to it throughout the week. Don’t feel rushed to do it all at once. You can keep adding to it over time. Clearing physical clutter can help clear mental clutter, too. When it’s full, donate it and know it’s going to someone who needs it more.

Sometimes, our brains feel foggy, and our energy dips. A change of view for a few minutes can help clear your head.

Step outside, switch rooms, or sit by a different window. Even 10 minutes of fresh air, sunlight, or a new angle can reset your mindset and spark some productivity. Don’t underestimate the power of a small shift because it could be exactly what you need today.
