It is so hard to believe that 5 years ago today, on my Birthday, I launched my very first website as a vocalist and brand new yoga instructor, anxious to share my message. It’s been quite a journey of growth and evolution since then, and I am grateful for so many valuable lessons along the way. All I have ever really wanted to do is inspire others in some small way, as I in turn have been inspired by sooo many special people - my beloved partner and framily, my brilliant and supportive teachers and mentors, and my awesome students. So today, on my Birthday, I feel extremely blessed and excited to re-launch this next iteration of my website once again, with so much gratitude to the many extraordinary people who contributed to this offering in large and small ways. I thank you so much in advance for checking it out, and can't wait to hear how you enjoy your visit!!
