Did you know? 💡 One of the best things you can do for your pelvic floor is learning how to breathe properly. 🍃

360-degree breathing helps coordinate your core and pelvic floor muscles by expanding your breath not just into your belly, but also out into your ribs and back. This full expansion supports healing, improves core strength, and can even reduce leakage. For best practice, try slow, deep breaths a few times a day, letting your ribcage widen, your back expand, and your belly rise as you inhale, gently engaging your core as your exhale. 🧘‍♀️

It’s time for a re-introduction!!👋🏼

🤝I’m Dr. Kacee Sholl, physical therapist with Engage Health + PT. Word on the street is I’m also .c.raymond’s favorite emoloyee🤷🏻‍♀️😆

I’ve been with Engage for the past year and a half and it’s truly been such a blessing in my life. My boss and owner of Engage Health + PT, Dr. Caitlin, has created a remarkable company that values both her clients AND her employees to the highest extent. She has opened up a space in the physical therapy world that I didn’t think could exist—where I get to serve and treat other amazing women + mamas with up-to-date, research based treatments AND be a present & full-time mama myself💕 Both of these things bring me great joy and there’s never a day I’m not grateful for this company and my sweet little family!

I have been a physical therapist for 7 years and I find it so fulfilling to help other people, and especially moms, maintain their physical health. It’s been so rewarding to come alongside other moms as they navigate pregnancy & postpartum to share my experience and expertise in a way that makes them feel confident and strong💪🏼

Some fun personal facts about myself:
♦️I am a BOY MOM to 3 perfect an amazing boys 4 & under💙
♦️I LOVE football season! (Go Buckeyes & Go Titans)🏈
♦️I love working out (lifting and HIIT workouts are my faves) and especially love when my kids ask to workout with me💪🏼
♦️I played collegiate basketball at the DII level🏀 (if you know of some ladies basketball leagues, hit me up!😬)
♦️I love staying active and do not sit well, so you’ll likely find me doing allll the things alll the time🤣
♦️I’m a Christian and faith has always been an important part of my life✝️
♦️I used to call Ohio home but Tennessee feels like home to me now🧡
♦️I’ve been with my college sweetheart for 14 years and married for 7 of those♥️
