After a year of training, exercising consistently, and being mindful of nutrition, my client shares this with me!

Overall, my second pulse ox study shows:
• Better oxygen levels
• Fewer breathing interruptions
• Less time in dangerous ranges

This means she will most likely not have to wear oxygen at night very soon! This was her main goal when she started. Friends, exercise is medicine, you just have to be consistent!
