Yesterday we hit record breaking sales that we haven’t seen since early 2025 and for that I am beyond grateful.

Honesty is important to me and I want to be completely open with all of you wonderful customers about something that’s been plaguing me…

Like many small businesses here in our town, Love Tap Tea Shop is struggling in this economy. As you’ve likely seen, some of our neighbors have already had to close their doors; I’m doing everything I can to keep ours open.

I want to be transparent with the community that has supported me from the beginning: if I’m unable to turn things around before February 2026, I may have to make the heartbreaking decision to close.

This shop has been more than a business to me—it’s been a place of connection, comfort, and care. If you’ve ever found peace here, shared a conversation, or enjoyed a cup of tea, please know how deeply grateful I am.

If you’re able to support by stopping in and purchasing drinks, kits, bringing a friend, or even sharing this post—it would truly make a difference.
