Occupational Wellness with Rachael, MS, OTR/L We offer mobile therapeutic play groups. What are Occupations? Occupations are any activity that are important to the individual.

Our mission is to increase access and participation in everyday occupations by offering support to families and addressing underlying conditions hindering a child’s independence. To have occupational wellness, is to be able to participate in and have access to completing a task that has meaning. Here at Occupational Wellness, our mission is to increase access and participation in everyday occupations by offering support to families and addressing underlying conditions that may be hindering a child’s independence. Through therapeutic play groups, we treat pediatric conditions including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, SPD, behavioral and mood disorders. Our groups are offered in 6 week sessions and include an individual OT consultation. Currently being offered are:

-Multisensory Art Groups

-Social skills Groups

-Lifeskills Groups

June 2nd: Tactile Sensation
June 9th: Smell
June 16th: Auditory
June 23th: Vestibular and Proprioception
June 30th: Visual/Emotional Regulation
July 7th: Combo

Three time slots based on age:
10:30-11:30am Mommy and Me (ages 1 and 2)
1:30-2:30pm Preschool (ages 3 and 4)
4:00-5:00 School Aged (5-10)
