If you are experiencing challenges related to payment processing or if your payments have been recouped by Aetna Better Health, please reach out to your EVV vendor. It has come to my attention that they are not submitting the 837p forms correctly, as indicated by the information provided by the Netsmart Mobile Caregiver App.

We are currently sending UTC time in the 837Ps when we should be converting the UTC time to the actual and military time of the claims before creating the 837p.
