If you’re a woman (21+) who experienced childhood sexual abuse, you don’t have to carry that alone. Our six-week Healing & Growth Group offers a safe, confidential space to explore the impact of trauma, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward healing—at your own pace.

Each two-hour session includes:

✨ A shared meal
✨ Supportive resources to take home
