We live bring your kid to work day!! A lot of people think kids can’t (or shouldn’t) get adjusted mainly because of misunderstandings and fear, not because of evidence. Here’s a clear breakdown 👇🏻Most people imagine the loud twisting adjustments done on adults.
* In reality, pediatric adjustments are extremely gentle, often using:
• Light fingertip pressure
• Small instruments (Activator)
• Soft stretches
There’s usually little to no “crack” at all. Kids’ spines are actually more flexible and resilient than adults.
What scares people is thinking force is used — it isn’t! Helps with birth-related tension (especially after long or assisted deliveries)
• May reduce colic, reflux, and gas
• Supports better sleep and comfort Improves posture (big one with tablets, phones, backpacks)
• Helps with growing pains
• Supports sports performance & injury recovery
• Encourages healthy spinal development
• Helps balance the nervous system (which affects focus, sleep, and stress response)
