Meet Princesse A. Hawkins 👋

Back in middle school, her mom was in a car accident.

Princesse went to every PT session, watching what it meant to restore someone’s mobility, to be part of their healing.

That moment never left her.
Now she’s a 3rd-year DPT student at Tennessee State with a growing passion for pelvic health.

Meet Romany 🇪🇬 ➡️ Tennessee

He grew up in Cairo dreaming of a future in sports, until an injury brought that dream to a halt.

Rehab was supposed to be the end of a chapter, but it ended up starting something new.

Now he’s a DPT student at Tennessee State, with his sights set on sports ortho, especially working with NFL and soccer athletes.

Biggest lesson so far?
“Treat the patient, not the reading.”

🎖️Our very own Dr. Ali Lacey recently completed the 50th Marine Corps Marathon, conquering all 26.2 miles through D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, including the “Beat the Bridge” challenge and that final uphill finish near the Iwo Jima Memorial.

We’re proud to call her part of the Beyond PT team, helping others push limits, recover, and go the distance in their own lives.
