Robert W. “Bob” Roseboom, 86, of Franklin, NC, went home to rest in the arms of the Lord on Saturday February 21, 2026. Born on January 14, 1940, in Cooperstown, NY to the late Robert and Eileen nee Vinson Roseboom. Bob graduated in 1962 from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY.
